As part of a full Carlson Rezidor web presence re-brand, an intuitive e-commerce system was developed to make booking at any Carlson hotel a seamless and memorable experience. From establishing a consistent navigation and booking funnel to furthering a unique brand voice, a nurtured trust is inspired in future travelers.
